The ST – 400 Tube Density Samplers are used frequently by an engineers and commercial testing laboratories. These samplers are ideally suited for making field density measurement in cohesive soils. Each Tube Density Sampler is supplied complete with 12 carefully machined tubes to a calibrated volume. Wet density measurements can be made extremely rapidly in the field since the tube’s volume and weight are predetermine.
